Jersey Production Design ("the Service") is a web-based tool for generating print-ready jersey personalization PDFs. The Service is operated by Jersey Production Design ("we", "us", "our").
Access requires an organizational account with a valid license. Each user must be invited by an organization owner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the roster data, team configurations, and generated PDFs you create through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Roster data (player names, numbers, pronouns) and generated PDFs are stored securely and scoped to your organization. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery). See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or delays in PDF generation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the license at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then permanently delete it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to organization owners at least 30 days in advance.
