1. What We Collect

We collect the following data to operate the Service:

Account information: email address (used for sign-in via magic link)
Roster data: player names, jersey numbers, pronouns, and jersey color preferences that you upload or enter
Team configurations: team names, font files, CMYK color values, layout preferences
Generated PDFs: the print-ready output files created from your data
Usage data: order history, timestamps, and request metadata

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

Authenticate you and manage your organization
Generate jersey personalization PDFs
Deliver PDFs via email when requested by your organization owner
Display order history within your organization

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or training machine learning models.

3. Data Isolation

All data is scoped to your organization. Members of one organization cannot access another organization's roster data, team configurations, or generated PDFs.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

Vercel — hosting and serverless compute (US)
Neon — PostgreSQL database (US)
Vercel Blob — file storage for fonts and PDFs (US)
Resend — transactional email delivery (US)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Active accounts: data is retained while your license is active
After termination: data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted
Generated PDFs: stored until the order is deleted or the organization is removed

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format

7. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated API access, time-limited sessions, and organization-scoped database queries. PDFs are served only through authenticated download endpoints.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to organization owners at least 30 days in advance.
